Emirati Talent Programme was developed in line with the DoubleD Sports Club's "Wealth of The Future" Initiative, with the aim of allowing talented youth to become successful professional athletes and represent the UAE at the Olympic Games and International Competitions.

Irina is a specialist in bringing up young girls to into confident, successful TOP-level athletes. She works with girls from 6 to 16 years old, mainly Junior group under 12.
Irina's successful story:
"My sports career started at my early 4, and once I got my very first medal during the Moscow Championship, sports became irreplaceable in my life. At the age of 12, I completed the rank of Master of Sports of Russia and became the youngest member of the National Junior Team. The next outstanding result was at my 15 at Eurasian Games, where we I took all the gold.
Later I got qualified for National team of Russia and received a title of European Champion, and rank of the International Master of Sports! Excitement and dedication to sport motivated me to continue my career as a coach. I've entered Sports University in Moscow and started working with girls of different ages, and currently continue doing so for more than 9 years! I wish to bring-up professional athletes from Emirati Girls and build a UAE National Team in Artistic Swimming!"
